Gallery Presentation
Galerie Univer / Colette Colla has been dedicated to contemporary art since 2006.
It exhibits artists whose work has established its importance over time - including that of Marinette Cueco - as well as emerging artists and those whose work is more intimate. In regular monographic exhibitions, the gallery presents more than twenty living artists with their most recent works. Works on paper and drawings are also part of the program, as the gallerist strives to present an artist’s whole range of works, regardless of the techniques used.
The gallery's vast space enables multiple exhibitions to be presented simultaneously, while at the same time emphasizing each artist's singularity. Among the artists exhibited are Jean Pierre Schneider, Monique Tello, Marc Ronet, Emma Bourgin, Olivier Marty, Annie Lacour, Philippe Fontaine, Emmanuelle Pérat....
Since 2008, Marinette Cueco has successively exhibited her body work at the gallery: interlacing, herbariums, slates, each time proposing new creations and an installation adapted to the theme and the space. She passed away during her last exhibition at Galerie Univer in 2023.
