Gallery Presentation
Based in Metz since 2011 and founded by Aurélie Amiot, the Modulab gallery develops tools for distribution: exhibitions, publications, art editions and a commitment to the artists it supports.
Its aim is to promote contemporary art and encourage contacts between artists, curators, art critics, publishers and institutions, our public and private partners and the public.
In addition to its programme of exhibitions on its site in Metz, the gallery develops and collaborates on a number of off-site projects: in institutional contemporary art spaces, but also in interstitial and offbeat spaces.
Modulab is building up its presence not only in the Grand Est region, but also nationally and across borders in Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany.
Modulab also publishes and distributes artists' multiples in the field of fine art printmaking, and showcases this work in public and private collections.
In an original scenography, our project for the 2025 general sector aims to highlight the diversity of languages through the singular approaches and practices of two French artists, Estelle Chrétien & Luc Doerflinger, and an Italian artist, Gianpaolo Pagni.
This event is a special moment in the careers of the three artists, helping them to become better known and, above all, to be recognised for their work.
