Gallery Presentation
Galerie Valérie Delaunay is resolutely committed to promoting emerging artists whose work in painting and drawing raises emotional questions. From the outset, the gallery has been dedicated to representing artists who invite the rediscovery of figurative work that began in the 1990s and has developed ever since.
Among the gallery's artists, Julie Polidoro recently had one of her works included in the Société Générale collection, and two others in the Musée de l'Immigration collection, where they are presented in the exhibition 200 regards sur l'immigration (November 8-February 9, 2025). One of his works is also featured in the exhibition Une Odyssée humaine at the Musée de l'Homme in Paris (November 27 to June 8, 2025). Ulysse Bordarias, winner of the “Talents contemporains” competition (12th edition, 2023), has had one of his drawings included in the prestigious collection of the Fondation François Schneider (presented at the foundation from October 23 to March 26, 2025). Like Barbara Navi (Art Paris 2025 focus artist and BNP Paribas 2025 prize nominee) earlier this year, Florence Obrecht will enjoy a retrospective exhibition at the Le Suquet des artistes art center in Cannes until May 2025.
As the program has evolved, it has diversified to include other media, offering a diverse artistic palette. Among these artists, Yoan Béliard stands out for his singular mastery of plaster, and his technique of transferring images onto this material.
Finally, one of the gallery's missions is to dedicate monographic exhibitions to its artists, both inside and outside the walls, and to participate in fairs to ensure the widest possible dissemination of their work.
The gallery is a member of the Comité Professionnel des Galeries d'Art and of the Paris Gallery Map guide.
